Had a great manager who trained me to a specific client then when a new manager came on his ego came before the client and he tried to make me change my ways in which I worked with the client that went against how I was trained by the person who had been on that account from the beginning. He didn't like when I told him that this client was different and that I know more than he did about their specific needs.
