Micromanagent hell. Most unorganised and poorly equipped company I have ever worked for. 1. You need to send daily end of day reports justifying how you have spent your day, then weekly EOW reports to justify how you have spent you week. 2. Not only daily reports but there are also multiple weekly meetings about status, this, that, plans going forward, sales prints etc etc. 3. The equipment provided is horrible. extremely bad computer, slow and crashes half the time. You are given a cheap microphone which both looks and feels like it was just purchased from a indian call center. Not to mention the horrible build quality. 4. Their CRM system is horrible, outdated and extremely slow. Reporting your every single step takes about 10 times more than it has to do. 5. You are given zero tools to generate leads, find mobile numbers, prospect etc. No email tools, no sales navigator, no leads. 6. Sales cycle is extremely long and you constantly get pushed on why you do not have any sales yet. (even though they mention in the interview that it will take a few years to get up and running. This is not what is expected it seems.) 7. Pray your manager will be cool, if not your time will be miserable here. They just tend to let successful people hire/assemble a team. With ZERO prior leadershop experience or personality. 8. Definitely work here if you want someone watching your every step while you work. 9. Pay is really bad and the main income you are expected to survive on is based on Sales. Goooodluck trying to survive an inflation with some of the lowest base salary in the market while you spent 1-2 years grooming a prospect only to make a sale. 10. Every small call, every small email, every small lead, every small movement needs to be reported to the worst CRM system to exist. Goodluck spending an hour a day at least, just to log 60 voicemails! I could write so much more, but I figured this might be enough to make you look another direction.
