- Opportunity to push yourself - Experience for your resume

Cons

- Sink or swim work style - Daily overtime - Very low pay - Quantity over quality mindset - High burnout - High stress, zero reward - No fun or culture aspect, only work - Inconsistent work from home policies - Completely incompetent HR It's run like a revolving door, I think they expect you to quit by 2 years. They are also not really giving bonus's right now for the APAC region (or they are so low it doesn't really count), so if you are in APAC, definitely reconsider

Pros

Met some of the nicest, caring, and genuinely lovely people while working at TP. They cared about how I felt, found a great balance between work and friendship, it was a lovely time and hope people can have a similar experience to me.

Cons

The calls can be fatiguing, breaks are short, pay is on the lower end.
