      You can work in your pjs They are helpful when it comes to being better at your evaluations

      Cons

      The attendance policy is unrealistic and unreasonable. Everything has to be in favor of the company, that means accepting punishments even when the mistakes made were the company’s fault due to lack of organization.

      Pros

      Some colleagues are nice, that’s where it ends.

      Cons

      Profit above people. Laying off and furloughing people during COVID without paying out unused PTO, health insurance or severance. You are just a commodity to them. False promises for career advancement unless you are someone’s favorite or are the product of nepotism which is common in the organization. Toxic company culture at best. Richest translation company in the world but can not afford to take care of employees who worked tirelessly for them before letting them go into a recession. CEO is a corrupt greedy cheapskate. Just google him. Turnover rate is through the roof for a reason.

      Flexible working time (working from home), lots of areas to learn new skills

      Cons

      Management rarely listens to the team's needs. Relaxed work style causes for an imbalance in efforts. No room for growth and many broken promises on promotions and raises. There seem to be many people in upper management that have been around for a long time and many employees have pushed back on them, but their management won't listen or change.
