Amazing colleagues, diversity, people who will give daily support and help you manage the stress to work for this company.

Cons

There is no management at this company. The life of employees is decided in a random way by the managers, who are people who did not study any kind of management (or didn't study at all). Employees are always leaving or being fired, the average working length is 6 months and there is no sustainability in the teams. Employees are requested to work on holidays and even weekends sometimes to deliver crazy products the management has promised the client and your ideas or past experience is absolutely no relevant. You are only interesting for when you are doing overtime without complaints or eating in front of your computer: this is what a good TransPerfect collaborator look like.
