Pros
There were many good people working very hard to stay afloat in the inhospitable work environment - trying to last as long as possible and be supportive to one another although underpaid and over worked.
Cons
The company seems to have discord trickling down from the top, and complete indifference for anyone below management level. If a person can survive the lack of practical training and management, then they are kept at their highest limit for productivity. Working hard is good, working efficiently is better, but almost impossible within the organization.
