Pros

Paid training for the new hire. Work from home. 15 holidays per year.

Cons

Need higher speed internet and a good computer to work with them but no reimbursement. Expensive Insurance for dependants. No sick days. Your supervisor calls you all the time for itty bitty things.

Pros

Can’t think of any pros unless you are fresh out of college and desperately need a job. If you have any job experience, you will see that this place is run like a joke and the only way to get promoted is to become best friends with a management. Previous work experience isn’t valued at all, and everyone running the place has never worked anywhere else.

Cons

Everything! There’s no work life balance, you are expected to be in the office for at least 10 hours everyday, and then be available 24/7 on your phone for clients. There’s zero overtime pay on top of the super low pay that you get. Way too many office politics and brown nosing is the only way to get ahead. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time here.
