Pros

Possibility to learn a lot about this area. If you like the translation/localization sector and want to know more, this is a good place for it. Nice colleagues.

Cons

Old-fashioned big corporation with vertical hierarchy. No laptops to work from home. You have to use your own equipment. New office is good, but not in a central area. No flexibility for working hours. Work on public holidays sometimes. Minimum benefits - 20 days vacation per year. No remote work after the pandemic. Overall you can see most people are stressed and not happy there.

Operate rather independently, great chance to learn to manage projects thru from start to finish with independence.

Cons

Budgets/timelines can be tight and fast, and largely out of your control as a PM.

Pros

Good pay above market Management is good and not overbearing For a company that went though a divorce, is not doing bad.

Cons

Boring place in general. Heavy bureaucracy. Ask about their absurd vacation policy and you will know enough. No culture in office and no remote work (until the pandemic forced them.)
