      Pros

      The company is willing to hire recent graduates with no experience and provide a good oriental and on-job training. The working environment is comparatively good. It would be a good place for anyone who wants to start a career in translation and localization industry.

      Cons

      High turnover, mainly because the compensation is far from satisfaction, especially for employees have been working there for years.

      Pros

      - Location is good. 34th & Park with 6 train right in front of the building. - Don't have to follow a strict time schedule. If come in late, just finish your job and leave a little late. - People are nice here.

      Cons

      - The technology we use are kind of old. Cannot gain much experience on latest technology here. - Compensation is not that attractive.

      Pros

      Great people to work with, fun to be around colleagues from so many countries. Good but very tough learning experience, Some fun times. If you survive successfuly here, you'll thrive anywhere else.

      Cons

      Not a con precisely but it's mindboggling how what could be a truly great working environment is trumped by their corporation's greed. It's all about making a billion dollars by 2020, that's the only thing that matters, it's probably the company's philosophy. The only philosophy. So everything is rushed, everyone is pushed to their limits in order to make that goal. When there is enough money to hire more people and enough time to extend deadlines, instead they push harder and harder. It's exhausting.
