Low Compensation and Executive Micromanagement

- Confusing interview. I asked to meet the team I worked with during the interview. I end up working with another team and they didn't accept my abilities and working style. - Confusing training progress. Information weren't provided enough to hand over but every time I confirmed information which I believed that it's unclear and need to be provided properly by the previous person in charge, I was criticized that I had no ability to work independently. - Complicated management system. There are many layers in the management system and you will need to explain about root-cause/improvement plan for any mistake you made to your direct manager and above managers. - Many people work in holidays to meet the deadline. There is no Year End holiday in Tokyo office. They let you stay at home just because it's office closing day.
