      Pros

      I noticed that TransPerfect offers great flexibility, allowing many employees to work remotely, while also providing excellent office facilities. One of the highlights of my job was that there was no micromanagement, especially when compared to my previous company.

      Cons

      Revenue falls short of management expectations, leading to underpayment of employees and reductions in events and travel expenses. Also, in my role, there were limited opportunities for career advancement, and progression largely depended on exceeding my managers' expectations.
