Pros

Maybe the hours because you work from home.

Cons

Toxic even though it is WFH. Monitored every movement cannot book off sick or kids being sick without being asked 21 questions where is the baby sitter that looks after baby. Management is toxic , warning after warning with explain processes and training properly . You pay for medical aid from your pocket . Salary is very small compared to the work load we get the calls back to back

Pros

Remote work Fair home life work balance Implemented good schedule system

Cons

Overworked and underpaid Please advise on the job that this is a busy call center, not allowed to take personal time or go to the bathroom….breaks are limited and the call volumes are extreme for someone struggling with anxiety I would suggest joining this department.Leave gets denied I understand there’s capacity that needs to be considered but fatigue and a lot a prone to happen if staff is not given rest especially if you had to work during the festive season
