Lots of new technology, innovation is encouraged. While there were standard ways of reporting/tracking I was free to run my projects/teams in my own style. My manager was very supportive. I only left because I had been there for close to 10 years and it was time for a change

Cons

New executive leadership and their vision for the company was a contrast of the previous regime. I preferred the earlier leadership, just didnt jive with the new guys.
