Pros

Flexible timing and Hybrid work

Cons

Heavy politics, you need to know your way with words and suck up to TL’s and be very cunning to survive, very less opportunity to grow, processes are outdated. People expect you to work overtime so expect no work life balance.

Pros

-Flexible on WFH -Parking despite being based in city centre

Cons

I had a terrible experience at TransUnion, I would go as far as saying it was the worst place I’ve worked. There were issues throughout my employment with power struggles between management and international communication so I decided to start looking for a new job. Found a new job which I started 2 weeks ago and they have already paid me a wage for the past 2 weeks yet TU still owe me £1200 for annual leave miscalculations… It’s very backwards - if I was a customer I would be getting an adverse mark on my credit file for a missed or late payment yet they think it’s ok to not pay me £1200! Their payday is on the 20th so I imagine I’ll be waiting until mid May for this now…
