Pros

You receive equipment to enable you to work from home, top of the range equipment. Your internet is paid for monthly and the overtime money is not bad at all.

Cons

The hours are very challenging to work around, you only get 30 minutes lunch and you can be scheduled back to back weekends on consecutive months, scheduled is fixed for the entire month with little to no chances of getting leave approved.

Pros

The company has good data, products and great corporate office/location in Chicago.

Cons

Not a sales organization commission plans and base salaries are below industry norms Senior leadership changes in the past year+ have made the sales culture toxic too many product pushes and sales people are expected to be experts on all of them (100+) sales people do not know where they stand and sales leaders are overworked
