It's a good company to work. Work life balance. Fto more like usual PTOs but you do some get extra days off. Decent benefits.

Cons

Low pay rates compared to market. You do not receive much appreciation from your leaders even after a great job done. Don't expect a good hike or bonus ever. 1-3% is all you get. Too much hierarchy and very less chance of getting promoted. Career growth is also super slow.
