Pros

Although TU is an at will company, they don't just terminate at will. They fire with good reason.

Cons

They've already outsourced; now they're starting to insource which is EXTREMELY disheartening. The direction of the company completely changed. Has an uneasy feel to it.

Pros

TU is undergoing a lot of change for the better. A renovated headquarters with massage chairs, walking treadmills, gym, onsite cafe, great views and open environment, seem to be feeding creativity and collaboration. While there use to be many silo's, the walls are coming down to be a truly global company. Recently updated the benefits to include maternity and paternity leave as well as adoption assistance.

Cons

While TU is working toward a global structure, there is room for improvement in communication across business units and countries.
