Pros

TUI (formerly TrueCredit) has excellent pay and benefits. This company is an outlier in San Luis Obispo county in this regard.

Cons

Incoherent management direction. TUI is where lofty delivery expectations meet bureaucratic frustrations. The software that TUI works on is not fun or flashy.

Good people, good work life balance. 19 days of vacation.

Cons

There have been so many changes in management and team structures, it's hard to keep truck. It's a mess with no structure and no direction. Many high level positions are filled with people who have no idea what they are doing. Multiple teams that are doing the same thing but using different technologies. The culture is of finger pointing and talking rather then doing.

Total swapout of department and up management; promotion of old employees to management positions with dubios previous reviews. It got so bad entire production support groups left en masse.
