      Pros

      Very collaborative, good benefits, great CEO with lots of energy and new ideas. The new owners are willing to invest which means there is potential for the company to finally grow again.

      Cons

      Pay is not very good and raises are miniscule. Stack ranking reviews at the end of the year means employees frequently bad mouth each other so they can be ranked higher.

      Pros

      Pay was great as I knew the right people but they all left now.

      Cons

      The new management doesn't understand the business and how critical relationships and talent are. I was there for almost 8 years and never experienced so much bureaucracy and red tape than there was in the last year. If Goldman and Advent had values and Mr. Peck was gone it would be a great company again. Since they took over the company has never been profitable.

      Power mad vice presidents. No empowerment. No respect for employees. Dirty politics. Favoritism. Unreasonable expectations. Extremely boring. Stagnant.Constipated culture.
