Cons

1. Poor Management from CSM Team Leader: • No proper guidance provided. • Mistakes are called out in meetings with VPs, leading to a lack of accountability for poor training and management. 2. Lack of Ownership by CSM Team Leaders: • Expectation to understand products and processes without proper training. 3. Disorganized Systems: • Requirement to learn and understand 10 different software systems. • Overall workflow and processes are disorganized. 4. Potential for Improvement: • With a new, professional CSM team leader who can properly structure the team and support employees, the company could become a great place to work. • Current team leader’s presence is detrimental to the company’s success. 5. High Turnover Rate: • Frequent employee turnover within the CSM team due to the above issues.
