Since the new CEO took over, the company culture has changed significantly. The focus has shifted from employees to a money-first approach, impacting morale. Salary hikes have been negligible or effectively zero, even for consistent performers. Budgets have been reduced across teams, affecting growth, learning, and delivery. Ongoing restructuring with unclear communication. Instances of employees being asked to leave or pushed out without clear performance-related reasons, creating uncertainty and fear. Overall trust in leadership and long-term stability has declined.
