Pros

None. TransUnion doesn't support growth or provide any support.

Cons

I have spent five years at TransUnion, and throughout that time I have consistently felt that the company does not sufficiently recognize or value the contributions of the employees who are responsible for carrying the bulk of the workload. A significant portion of critical work has been offshored, often without adequate consideration of the impact on quality, continuity, or accountability. Meanwhile, those of us who remain heavily involved in the day-to-day operations are expected to absorb additional responsibilities, maintain performance standards, and resolve issues that arise from these decisions. Despite this level of commitment and effort, our contributions are frequently overlooked, our concerns are dismissed, and the guidance we receive is often unclear, ineffective, or disconnected from the realities of the work being done.
