Pros

You get to work at home.

Cons

Poor management. Company treats associates like slaves. Eg. You'll login from 8am- 6pm. And they'll be no availability literally it's call after call and whenever you need personal time to just go to the bathroom they penalize your adherence. Second year working for this place but leave has been denied for December that I have filed since September. Our salaries are just not enough for the work that we do. They keep on sending surveys on how we find our work environment I know for a fact that most associates are not happy but nothing is being done with our responses. Literally just looking for another company to work for that will treat one with kindness , respect and dignity because this organization does not. What makes it worse is unfortunately one cannot resign until a new job has been found due to the high unemployment rate. I'm not happy , my fellow colleagues are also not happy all we want to do is get out of this hell hole!

Pros

The pay is decent, the amount of time off they give you is nice, and the work load was always manageable.

Cons

Our office shut down so we were on permanent remote status, There were times that being in person would've made some issues that pop up easier to deal with.
