Pros

There is exposure to international team's and in general team mates are friendly. There is also potential to gain experience in multiple domains related to other departments. There are also good bonuses.

Cons

Lots of discrimination based on race. There are streams designed for people of colour, with no opportunity to gain exposure to leadership positions. Race based promotions. Avoid if you are a person of colour.
