Lots of opportunity in many verticles. Management is usually fair. The training for new employees is very good and very thorough.

Cons

Management style very diverse between groups and no consistency.

Pros

Very good enviroment. Caring leadership . People I have met and work were smart. Customer driven. Too many changes were taking place all at once and everywhere within the company from logo/brand, go-to-market, products , processes, some company acquisitions were underintegration, etc.. Although changes were necessary to leapfrog competition and were welcomed, several decisions were undertaken to help customer project delivery and close the international project office.

Parent company is very bureaucratic making work stressful and less productive; constant battle.
