As a multinational company, TU brings to the employees a lot of benefits that any other national company does, we have space to speak about our feelings, our problems and how TU could help us, I feel that the organisation cares about the quality time that I share with my family and that I use to my well-being

La empresa es realmente muy buena y mucho mejor de lo que se espera antes de ingresar a ella, se preocupan por todos y cada uno de loz aspectos de sus asociados.

Cons

El unico contra es el aumento del salario anual, deberia tenerse mas en cuenta temas economicos como la inflación ya que de lo contrario se estaria ganando menos que el año anterior y eso aleja al personal, por otra parte no puede ser que por ser nuevo en la compañia el aumento sea infimo.
