      Fantastic work life balance. Great people. Smart and capable leadership team.

      Cons

      Behind competitors in technology. Last to government market. Highly regulated industry which makes innovation difficult.

      Pros

      Great work life balance, have rarely needed to login after 5 PM and never on the weekends. Work is interesting for now, exposure to the latest tools and techniques. Friendly co-workers and great location just across union station

      Cons

      Unless you push, stagnation appears to be the norm, some people may be happy with it, but it wont suit me to do the same job for years altogether. Your experience is very likely going to be dependent on your personal relationships with your bosses and your own lobbying for growth. Need to be type A to be noticed. Alternatively, it's easy to be invisible - putting in 8 hours a day in a safe predictable environment.

      good work life balance, good benefit, work at home program is good, very stable work environment, work location is good

      Cons

      no or very little promotion, old school management style management not willing to change Technology inside is out of date
