Pros
- You can survive if there are few optimistic people - The company has a lot of activities not sure if its for the employees benefit or for completing their KRA's for appraisal
Cons
- There are too many walls that are not transparent - A lot of employees work in silos, and this is not a positive, as there is not visibility which eventually affects your growth - The top management is horrible especially the old timers where decisions are partial towards employees, too much of favoritism and this affects growth for the others who have been struggling for awhile. -
