They have a nice new building in Chicago

Cons

Inadequate management. I had a manager who couldn't do the job he was managing me to do.

Pros

Things are happening. Lots of innovation. Good strategy and business model. Smart people. Politics less of a factor than most places. Good growth.

Cons

On boarding program is sketchy and documentation of processes, products and "go-to people" is more miss than hit. Need to be a self starter.
