      Pros

      Allows for virtual work environments and alternate work schedules. Diverse work force blending onshore and offshore talent. Growing exponentially, both domestically and internationally.

      Cons

      Undervalues tenured associates...tends to covet outside candidates, often destroying team chemistry while losing institutional knowledge. Burns out high performing associates without competitive annual raises.

      Pros

      Some really good people who bust their chops and care.

      Cons

      People are exhausted doing the job of many. Singular person sales verticals and supporting staff. C'Mon, invest in your business and stop making this company a sweat shop.

      If you know how to play mind games (Psychological harassment) ... then its the best place to work for else join a better company for a Better Future !!!

      Cons

      Extreme Politics and psychological harassment.
