4yThank you for leaving your feedback! We take pride in taking care of our associates by giving them the resources they need to stay healthy and productive. I'm concerned that you've listed long work hours as one of your cons. We offer our associates flexible PTO to encourage them to take time off for themselves and their families. We understand work can sometimes require our associates to put in extra hours but our leadership team is here to help our associates feel less overwhelmed and distribute tasks evenly among the team.
