Pros

Great people who I have consistently found to be intelligent and helpful. Exciting investments in the company that are fueling tangible growth. Fantastic, newly renovated headquarters in Chicago.

Cons

Several reorganizations over the past 2 years have failed to clarify roles - many employees are stuck with legacy projects while taking on new responsibilities. The company is investing a ton of money in technology that positively impacts our ability to deliver new solutions to the marketplace, but backend technologies are not getting the attention they need making it difficult to monitor and understand our business.

- There is no bonus structure in place for a majority of associates at the individual contributor level, with the exception of some niche groups. Bonus opportunity is only in place for management.
