      The IT is a bit behind that still using old technology Working with oversea area will made time zone problem

      Pros

      Friendly team members, nice team leaders, work-life balance, work from home, nice training opportunity and flexible hours.

      Cons

      Not very organized when new employees are joining, there are many compliance training which is quite important for this kind of business. But it lacks of system and work background training which is critical to what this person is supposed to do with his/her work.
