Pros

Flexible start and end time. Great work environment for new hires and college interns. Great snack and concession areas.

Cons

Not flexible with work from home schedule as initially said during interview. Open floor plan not conducive to privacy or working. Not enough vacation days.

Pros

I love working at TU! The people on my team are smart and hard-working; I feel like I am constantly learning from my peers. The company is investing heavily in technology and we're beginning to implement strategic forecasting and planning across departments. Strong benefits, remote flexibility, growth opportunity.

Cons

Educational benefits are somewhat lacking: tuition reimbursement program is only 5K per year and there is no formalized educational stipend. Employees have the opportunity to attend conferences, workshops, certification classes, etc- but company sponsorship is ad hoc and not guaranteed. Pay is competitive, but the structure is not 'pay-for-performance' (there are no bonuses for individual contributors, variable bonuses for Director and above only).

Pros

TU is undergoing a lot of change for the better. A renovated headquarters with massage chairs, walking treadmills, gym, onsite cafe, great views and open environment, seem to be feeding creativity and collaboration. While there use to be many silo's, the walls are coming down to be a truly global company. Recently updated the benefits to include maternity and paternity leave as well as adoption assistance.

Cons

While TU is working toward a global structure, there is room for improvement in communication across business units and countries.
