      Pros

      Reasonable pay, good benefits, flexible work locations, schedule. The business/industry is very interesting

      Cons

      Raises are miniscule or non-existant. 401k matching was lowered in favor of the company. Management is all over the map, each with his own agenda. Top management is very secretive about whats really happening; not an open environment for communication. HR is NOT your friend, they are totally on the side of the company in every situation where an associate has an issue.

      Pros

      Great market to be in - leader in the business. Company willing to invest in new business and there are opportunities to learn if you're part of the Good Ole Boys Network.

      Cons

      Leadership needs to be overturned at a faster pace. The new does not mix with the old resulting in mass confusion when executing against objectives. HR is not an advocate for anyone but themselves; and further cannot be trusted.
