      Flexible, laid back and lunch on Wednesdays

      Cons

      Lack of progression, poor work life balance, internal bullying and being seen as negative when you try and stand up for yourself.

      Pros

      Good benefits such as annual leave, life cover and disability. Flexibility to work from home option. Business is becoming more agile to respond and adapt quicker to market changes

      Cons

      Approval processes are lengthy. Leadership needed to sing from same hym sheet - lots of conflict was visible.

      Amazing potential, the future looks very bright

      Pros

      Lots of opportunities to improve skill-sets throughout the business, due to the need for resource and rate of growth. Fast moving, the days fly by! Leeds is a very welcoming office, the people are friendly There is a lot of potential for TU in UK and Europe and it is exciting to be a part of that journey

      Cons

      We are in a period of transition since TU acquisition and there is a lot of work to do to improve framework of the organisation in Europe. However, I'm confident that this is being taken seriously by Management.
