      Acquisition was not good for Callcredit!

      Pros

      Culture at Callcredit was fantastic before the acquisition. The teams there were always willing to help each other out. Staff parties were fun, as well as in-team activities and days ou.

      Cons

      Then when it got taken over the culture completely changed. Everyone went from happy to miserable over the course of a few months. The teams were no longer cohesive with one another. TransUnion had well and truly bought over their ideas and ideology. The Callcredit way's seem to be a thing of the past!

      Great colleagues in my team Being based in South Africa, I get to work on global projects with colleagues across the world Great leadership, innovation and our CEO is the best brand ambassador for the business Part of a data analytics business is a really exciting place to be

      Evolving culture due to changes in the past couple of years but the past 1.5 years, there has been significant engagement improvements
