Pros

This company has good compensation and benefit package. Th work conducted at this place is very interesting, but can get mundane after 6-8 months.

Cons

Management team is awful. They have no respect for their employees and treat them like slaves. Taking time off from work is a big hassle. An employee has to report to 5 different personnel if they are going to late to their office even by 5 mins. The team makes employees take PTO if employees are 15 mins late from their lunch. If a bathroom has plumbing problems, the team locks all bathrooms for a day and asks employees to use sign-in log to use the bathrooms. The management uses employees against employees (uses some employees as informers) and builds distrust among its employees. There are cameras everywhere to track employees movements. There is lot of micro management from the mgmt team. This company has very high turnover. So, be very careful!!!

Pros

Wonderful coworkers who care about the company and quality of work. The benefits are fantastic. Managers really care about their employees.

Cons

As with any business, politics and money motivate and sometimes it does not seem right. Deadlines rule all, even if the quality of work suffers.
