Pros

There are still enough seasoned employess around to get the work done.

Cons

Senior Management is relatively new and has no appreciation for the culture that made TU such a great place to work. There are no clear career development programs in place. Customer Service is no longer in the U.S.

-casual dress: jeans and gym shoes everyday -PTO days -

Cons

-lack of training and career development outside of company internal training -reduced variety of choices of medical options -inconsistent bonus compensation across departments -no more flexible time off or work from home except for management -promotions given mostly on favoritism of individual and select departments
