      A great way to start in the world of bussiness data

      Pros

      It has lots of benefits, you feel really solid in your job and you learn a lot about bussiness in general and also you can still learning other things

      Cons

      It is really difficult to get a job upgrade and sometimes there's a lot of responsability in your shoulders, the conformation of job teams it's in micro scale so you better have a great relationship with your job partners.

      Company cares about employees and take genuine action on improving engagement. Great work life balance.

      Cons

      Lack of standard processes and documentation . Need to invest more into automating BAU . Some negativity and change resistance to overcome ( but that is in every company)
