Employees that foster a toxic environment are not disciplined and even after years of complaints from people across all departments, they're allowed to continue disrespecting people and mistreating them. If you're looking to grow at a company, this is not the company for you. They have their key players already and refuse to even entertain fresh ideas. They're stuck in their old ways and that's the way they'll continue to operate. If you're a young professional, this is not the place for you. You'll get a paycheck, but your growth will be stunted.
