      Pros

      Major organizational and operational improvements over the last two years. Solid executive team. Many nice co-workers. Couple of market leading products. quickly improving operational systems. Good amount of positive recognition. Excellent work-life balance.

      Cons

      Moderate under investment for intended results. Biased towards bureaucracy and process over results. Still too much credit for obstructionists vs producers. Tough sales environment, especially given shrinking higher ed market.

      Pros

      If someone is willing to ask for more opportunities and is able to show up, perform well and execute tasks on time, the leadership is keen to reward them.

      Cons

      Recognition for achievement is often a pat on the back. When people are awarded promotions it isn't a discussion, it is just applied to the employee. Once an individual does a task, even if not within their responsibilities, it is difficult to restore that boundary.
