      Pros

      Firing the CEO was a good start and showed that the company was aware of its biggest liability. Self-awareness achieved!

      Cons

      This company invests too much in unprofitable product lines, lacks direction, and treats it’s employees like chattel. C-levels are out of touch with the workforce and strive to be inaccessible to anyone who isn’t a manager. The overall result is a burnt out workforce, and the ones with actual talent are leaving in droves. The marginal employees will stay forever because, well, they don’t really have a choice. As the turnover continues and talent keeps running for the door, the percentage of marginal employees will continue to increase over time, dragging the company further down. This company is neither financially nor culturally healthy.

      Pros

      Good learning opportunity for techies as the company is keep on moving it's architectural decisions & never stable. Make your hands dirty everywhere & keep going.

      Cons

      This company has a very bad ethics of departing , eliminating & dis-honesty. This company has no stability, It has been with many bigger orgs for few years & then betrayed them. This company never care for it's employees. Senior management will harass you & treat you like slaves. They have a high racisms feelings. Equal employment is just for name sake. So, high attrition rate. Company has a bad ethics of eliminating positions of older employees as company has no clear vision about their target. This company is a big NO NO for any one.

      Paycheck clears every two weeks

      Cons

      401k is only matched once a year if they want to, you have to be with them at the start of the next year. Talented team member are leaving for new opportunities
