      -Culture is friendly and welcoming, team members have a get-it-done attitude -Exposure to Senior Leaders that you don't get in large corporations -Ability to put your ideas into action without excessive approvals -Products developed are mobile centric and meaningful. You can see the results of your effort and how the products are helping schools and students operate more effectively -Work with a Global team with offices in Chennai and Limerick -Paid time off is generous

      -Delayed 401K wait period and company contribution is only at year end

      Great team and no shortage of complex systems

      Pros

      great variety of education and POS software, security and databases to work with. Teams take pride in the work they are doing and have fun while in the process when they can

      Cons

      sharing a queue of work incoming from email, call center and ticket queue is rather exhausting to keep up at their required performance level and you feel like a child having to constantly notify your entire team and manager every time you step away from your desk to go the bathroom, get coffee, or schedule a follow up call with a client.

      Pros

      Transparent leadership and a desire for growth and company/individual success permeate the culture. Great energy on the team, and plenty of problems to resolve (but an appetite to do so).
