      Pros

      Leadership team mean well. Have a good direction set for the company to scale for growth.

      Cons

      New Employee Onboarding can use a better process 401k Matching is discretionary at 25% match of the first 6% contributed. Annual Reviews are a joke. No mature process to truly reward people for the hard work they put in. Merit Increases and Bonuses are poorly managed and disbursed in the middle of the following year.

      Work from home, great pay, managers are open to trying new Agile practices, good health benefits.

      Cons

      no 401K matching, teams are in Ireland and India so work spans all hours.
