      -Culture is friendly and welcoming, team members have a get-it-done attitude -Exposure to Senior Leaders that you don't get in large corporations -Ability to put your ideas into action without excessive approvals -Products developed are mobile centric and meaningful. You can see the results of your effort and how the products are helping schools and students operate more effectively -Work with a Global team with offices in Chennai and Limerick -Paid time off is generous

      -Delayed 401K wait period and company contribution is only at year end

      *They treat their own employee from US as a client * No culture *Chennai Management makes sure that we don't have direct contact with the higher management in US. *HR claims there is glassdoor page for transact * HR passed wrong information abot the shift timings for 15 people at time. * unwanted cheap behaviours from the management to hide their mistakes *Poor pantry * Left the company in 15+ days
