- Management isn't in touch with actual developers and even when they are, management always knows better than the people in the trenches.
- Too many hands in the cookie jar. Nothing ever gets accomplished and when it does it typically isn't a great product. If engineers were valued more, as well as their opinions, great things would happen.
- UI is typically blamed for a reason why a product isn't delivered, not product or services. That's a norm in the industry, however, the idea that a no-code solution would remedy this is crazy. There are more core issues at TA that need to be fixed. UI is the last domino to fall.
- Pay isn't on par with the industry. Based on Cedar Rapids, IA salary(?).
