You will learn a lot - it's a large and complex organization. Most initiatives require involvement from many teams so you'll be exposed to all aspects of the business. Frequent re-organizations provide a variety of opportunities to learn even more.

Cons

It will be challenging to work and communicate effectively and productively across the many sites and areas - it's a very large organization that struggles to efficiently address these challenges.

Pros

Compensation and benefits were fair. Work schedule was flexible. Recruitment process moved quickly, although in some positions they were jumping the gun by creating jobs that were not sustainable.

Cons

Poor planning in terms of position creation, and heavy politics leads to an unhealthy, unprofessional and stressful work environment that is not sustainable.
