Remote work and flexible schedule, at least in the area I worked.

Cons

Terrible management. No direction or understanding of how to manage projects. Projects regularly went way over time budget because there were no resources to work on them and everyone had to get their 2 cents in before a decision could be made. It also seems like the company is made up of employees who have been there 20+ years and don't really care any more and are waiting for the pension or new employees with less than 3 years experience. Anyone in between either got laid off or left because they didn't want to wait out the pension.
