Offers a diverse portfolio to fit the needs of many different clientele Affiliate associates have many opportunities for advancement

Cons

Leadership is lacking Training consists of endless zoom meetings Don’t always do what they tell you that they will. Inaccurate paychecks-if you don’t catch it, you don’t get paid.

Competent colleagues, interesting work, company just added another week of vacation to everyone, decent benefits.

Cons

Constant reorganizations, constant layoffs, constant new vision, new mission, new jargon, new slogans. There is no end in sight. This leads to flight of the best and the brightest employees who are fed up with never-ending reshuffling and layoff announcements. No diversity, save for actuaries and IT people on visas. None in the upper management.
